Mw3 Changes...

I'm not playing on Dino's fucking roster anymore, he is the worst player on the team and does not deserve to be leader. Not only does he not act like a leader, he actually does nothing remotely close to "leading" not only do i have to accept and report matches but during the game i'm giving the orders, i'm giving tips, i'm putting up kills, while he plays like hes never played the game, he doesn't post up the numbers a leader should be putting up, a leader is supposed to be the skilled one, or at least have leadership skills to get his team playing correctly where they can win as a team.

Here's his most recent scores against a 0-4 team, it was like playing 2v3. I'm gunna have nothing to do with the Mw3 roster "hes running" till there's some changes because we're losing to 2-6 and 0-4 and 1-9 teams. I'll be focusing on black ops.

I agree, DiNo is not fit to be leader at all. He dosn't even step up to leader tasks even when he's ASKED to. Dosn't say a word he just sits back and every once in a while a little chuckle or random mic sound. Dino is a good dude, just not leader. There's no way I can accept DiNo being leader for much longer, it's driving me crazy.


I respect Trey's decision of not puting me or Mason is charge of the MW3 team for at least a good while, so my vote goes out for Shyguy. He's a great guy that can handle losses and works great with people, eager to win, and also sets a great example with the scores he drops.



Also, Mason. You knew while coming into this, that this will be a process. It's a dynasty, not one of those lose a match, disband and regroup kinda teams. Those days are over for me, this is where I belong. Putting a picture up to humiliate Dino? You learn more from a loss than a win man, getting down on our boys for their performances isn't the way to go, try to explain why they did bad.

For Example: Go into theatre and point on things they did wrong. I think callouts and stressing more active mic communication would be our 1st steps.


Dinosur, if your leadership gets revoked don't worry buddy. You will still be on the team. Stay strong, we'll work with you. Team Chemistry is gonna be sparking and our callouts and advice will help you.

I'll pass and that's why i declined being leader of Mw3 in the first place, i don't want that responsibility.

Me, trey and shy already talked about it and shy is getting leadership.

The picture isn't to "humiliate" dino, its to show why i'm pissed off, if hes gunna be so humiliated by the score then he shouldn't have did so bad in the first place, i can't win a match when someone has a score like that.

1. You cant quit cuz of one loss.You don't know how badly I wanted to pass leadership of my team after losing the first gb.But I didn't.You win,and lose.
2. Ppl will criticise you,its part of gaming.That should motivate you to practice,NOT QUIT
3.You never disband without talkin to your team and clan first.Idc if your leader.

I remember when I used to get jealous and not know how to hide my emotions about it. I also don't recall you ever beating a team that good, because when I remember going through ur GB maches you hunt down +5 xp teams.
